“Years of lifting weights and mixed martial training without proper stretching caused me serious flexibility issues and after hearing of the potential benefits decided to seek out yoga. I attended a few of Claire’s group yoga classes and was hooked. To try and speed up my progress I started one to one training with Claire, working on my lower back flexibility and a rotator cuff injury.

After a year of training with Claire my flexibility improved 10 fold and managed to work through my injury. I cannot recommend her enough, she pushes you  (not quite to the point of breaking) she always creates a fantastic atmosphere and the sessions are thoroughly enjoyable – my only complaint is that she is no longer based in London, I’ve tried a few other classes and they don’t come close!

It has all made such a positive impact. The pregnancy yoga gave me time to relax and stay physically and mentally strong on the build up to my birth. "About a year ago I had come to the conclusion that although I have been very active all my life I needed to adopt a form of exercise that was more suitable for my advancing years!  I didn't think I would enjoy exercising at a slower pace but when I met Claire she was so friendly, has a lovely smiley face, is full of enthusiasm and she has inspired me to continue with Yoga. 
Every class she teaches is different, never boring, concentrating on different parts of the body each week.  I never thought I would be able to achieve some of the postures I was shown at my first class but Claire is very encouraging.  I am a keen golfer and yoga has helped make me more supple and improved my upper body strength.
I would highly recommend Claire as your teacher as she has a lovely manner about her, is a real expert and just watching her do the yoga moves so gracefully really inspires you."
