Mum & Baby Yoga

A relaxing and rejuvenating experience designed especially for mum and baby. The sessions are aimed for when the baby is six weeks old plus. This is the perfect way for a mum to gently return to yoga and reconnect with the body.

I focus on strengthening the back, abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. The postures help release tension in the shoulders, neck and overall promoting relaxation. Yoga with your baby creates a fun atmosphere and more opportunity to bond with one another.
